Live Demonstration
As part of the 2025 KOCCA x NETFLIX Production Academy, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Creative Content Agency in collaboration(KOCCA) with Netflix, we held a three-day “VFX & VP Workshop” on September. Returning as a partner for the first time since the "Netflix Virtual Production Open House 2022', the Mofac VP team offered live demonstrations and hands-on sessions for industry professionals, sharing our approach and insights on virtual-production-based visualization and 3D ICVFX workflows.

Over 100 industry professionals, including directors, producers, cinematographers, gaffers, and production designers, attended the three-day workshop at the NIPA stage in Seoul.
Mofac VP Team spent two months for asset creation, handling previs with performance capture and a virtual camera, setting up tech-vis and pre-lighting for ICVFX, and running the Brain-Bar for both the short film prep and the live demo.
We pre-shot a five-minute short film with ICVFX, then recreated several scenes live at the event while showcasing the finished piece.
We demonstrated how to design shots through virtual scouting, art-dev exploration, and previs using a virtual camera and performance capture.
We also highligted the importance of the process of tech-vis
for planning the layout of the physical art set and LED stage on ICVFX shoot.
